TusciaLab is a cultural hub in the heart of Tuscia, where local producers, artisans, and educators come together to create hands-on experiences rooted in the land and its traditions.

There’s so much knowledge embedded in this territory, TusciaLab exists to make sure that knowledge doesn’t stay hidden.

In the hands of a cheesemaker, in the way an olive grove is pruned, in a recipe passed down without ever being written. TusciaLab exists to make sure that territorial knowledge doesn’t stay hidden.

Our story

Tuscia is not a backdrop.
It’s the whole point. Everything we do at TusciaLab begins here.

A volcanic landscape shaped over millennia, where dense forests meet ancient Etruscan ruins and hilltop towns that have barely changed in centuries. This land doesn’t just have history, it is history.

The true soul of Tuscia lives in the hands of its farmers, winemakers, and artisans, people who have inherited knowledge that no book can fully capture. They are the reason TusciaLab exists.

This is the territory we work in, learn from, and belong to. Not as observers, but as participants in something that has been alive here for centuries.

Stay a little
longer in Tuscia

We have rooms on site so you don’t have to rush. Come for a course, stay for the night, or a few. It’s the easiest way to go deeper: more time with the people you meet, more meals together, more of Tuscia at your own pace.
